Rico has built an impressive career in the Manufacturing and Metrology industry over the past two decades. He began in 2001 as a cross-functional manufacturing worker, where he honed his skills in precision machining and engineering. In 2009, he joined a metrology company in Ohio (formerly CPI), which invested in his professional development, allowing him to represent and build their brand.

Starting as a metrologist, Rico quickly gained comprehensive knowledge by shadowing senior management. His career advanced in 2011 when he took on key roles as a Training Class Instructor and Regional Sales Manager due to his expertise and passion. By 2017, he became their Director, where he implemented innovative strategies, focused on team development, and fostered successful collaboration between his staff, customers, and suppliers.

In 2023, Rico founded Diverse Measurement Solutions, driven by his commitment to delivering exceptional service and solutions. His approach combines a dedication to perfection with strong relationships across the industry, ensuring peace of mind for his customers. Rico works very hard at keeping the trust his customers have with him.

Outside of work, Rico values his faith and family and enjoys sports, music, and travel. He lives in a wonderful community in Cincinnati, OH with his wife, son, and dog.
